Riverside Suite with its long decks and breathtaking views of the Waikato River. This versatile space allows for conference seating up to 160 delegates theatre-style or 60 delegates café-style.

Bridgeview Boardroom with its own balcony, this space allows for theatre 40 delegates, boardroom style, 18 delegates.
•
The Park Lounge has its own bar and beautiful soft furnishings for those intimate small meetings. Seats theatre style 20 delegates, boardroom style – 12.
•
Trophy Boardroom; adjoins the Park Lounge used on its own theatre-style 30 delegates, boardroom style – 12 delegates .

The Main Lounge has its own bar and beautiful soft furnishings, seats theatre-style 45 delegates, boardroom-style 20 delegates.

We are able to provide you with the most up to date electronic & audio/visual equipment as well as technicians to help in the design of presentations and the operation of the equipment if needed, just talk to our expert function designers.

Conference Centre is sighted on top of the Hamilton Rowing Club allowing for the use of a gymnasium with rowing ergs for team competitions or perhaps you would rather use the river with a rowing eight and a specialist coach to help you.

Sited in the central city zone, there are many quality hotels, motels & apartment hotels within a few minutes walk of the venue; our conference designers can advise rates and facilities available to you.

 

 

 
Parking
 
Grantham street has two and three hour parking with free all day parking south of the Victoria Bridge including the 60-park boating ramp, River Road opposite the conference centre has all day parking with a short walk across the bridge to the venue. Nearby pay-and-display and multi-level buildings are sighted within a short walk at the top of Grantham street, Knox street and Victoria street.
